The SEVEN Steps To Info Product Success

1. Decide on a Niche

First you’ll want to figure out exactly what type of info product you want to create and sell. To do this you’ll learn how to take a look at your background both personally ad professionally. From there you’ll want to determine if the product you’re thinking of producing is financially VIABLE. No matter how good you think a product is, it doesn’t matter if no one wants to buy it. This event will show you how to make SURE that what you produce WILL SELL!

Write the Copy/Create the Video Introduction

Before you even THINK about creating your info product, you’ll want to write the copy first. This will help you when you actually get around to doing it. Writing the copy FIRST is the best way to create a good product. You’ll have a guide as to exactly HOW and WHAT to do. When you write the copy, you’ll have two choices. Do it yourself or have someone do it for you. If you want to have someone else do it for you, I have some recommendations for you. I’ll give you those names at the event. Want to try and write it yourself? I recommend my good friend Bob Bly’s book: The The Copywriter’s Handbook.

3. Create YOUR Product

After you write the copy, now you can create the product. Should it be video or audio? Should it be a book or an ebook? It depends. AND, you’ll learn how to choose when you attend. You’ll also learn about the difference between timely and timeless products. What is the difference? Should you be doing coaching and consulting? If so, how do you do it best? What about software? Should you be producing it? How about membership sites? Good idea or not?

4. Put up a Website

So, the copy is written and the product is done. NOW, on to putting up a website to sell what you’ve produced. What domain name should you use? Where should you register it? What hosting company should you use? What criteria should you use to make that choice. What about the actual creation of the site? Should you do it yourself or hand that over to someone else to do for you. What about your back end software? In that case, I recommend that you usewww.WebMarketingMagic.com. 5. Drive Traffic to the Site

You’ve got the product done and the website to sell it is up as well. If you do nothing else you won’t sell a SINGLE product. People need to know you’re out there. How? You need to drive traffic to your site. Driving traffic to your site is divided into two basic areas: ONLINE and OFFLINE. You’ll need to use both. Within those categories you’ll need to look at both the PAID and UNPAID means in each of these areas. This seminar will give you a blueprint for how to do this. You’ll also want to use some “clever” traffic generation techniques like misspellings. My example is www.Speeking.com.

6. Convert the Visitors to Buyers/Opt-ins

Once people get to your site, you need to get them to BUY. Those who come to your site will either buy or NOT buy. Those who don’t buy, make sure and try and get them to at least give you their names to put them on your list. That is your “fallback” position. How do you get people to give you their names? This event will show you how!! It’s a very important point.

7. Sell Them More and More of your Products

Once you make the initial sale, your work has just started. The REAL money in the information marketing business is in making the second, the third and the TENTH sale. Not the first. You’ll learn exactly what you need to know to ensure that you can sustain your business for the long haul.
